*Just Like Yesterday*
I am only truly able to relate with the phrase “just like yesterday” whenever I think of how long it’s been since mum passed.
It’s been eight (8) years since mum went to be with The Lord. Eight whole years!!
Yet, it feels so recent, so short, so fresh.
Yet, we celebrate her memorial like it was “yesterday”.
Indeed, “A good and honest life is a blessed memorial” (Prov 10:7a MSG). “The name of the righteous is used in blessings” (NIV).
Every year, we choose to remember you mummy, because your name is a blessing.
How can we forget?
